Product Introduction

Aspect

Linrun Microcrystalline Cellulose

Traditional Microcrystalline Cellulose

Process

1. Core technology specially optimized reaction conditions that also reduce the formation of black impurities in the final product.

Traditional reaction conditions, very prone to producing black specks.

2. Mechanized, automated, intelligent, and continuous production method ensures stable quality, reduces the impact of human factors on quality, and minimizes batch-to-batch variation.

Batch production process with a low level of automation; significant batch-to-batch variation; product quality is greatly affected by human factors.

 3. Linrun's granulation uses a specially customized, imported atomizer for spray drying. The feed liquid is atomized into fine droplets and rapidly dried upon contact with hot air, forming porous, nearly spherical particles with a large specific surface area, a loose structure, uniform internal and external texture, small particle size, narrow size distribution, and excellent homogeneity. Spray drying granulation enables precise control of powder density, particle size, and moisture content, with superior uniformity.

Traditional microcrystalline cellulose mostly relies on flash drying and grinding into powder. The resulting particles are relatively large in size with a broad distribution, irregular elongated shapes, fewer pores, compact structure, and small specific surface area. Granulation quality is uneven and unstable, influenced by many factors.

 4. Process water uses purified water, reducing the impact of microorganisms, endotoxins, metal ions, and impurities on product quality.

Drinking water.

5. In application, it demonstrates advantages such as good flowability and minimal batch-to-batch variation.

Bulky powder with average flowability and large batch-to-batch variation, which affects in vivo dissolution performance.

Quality

Quality More stringent microbiological control; fewer black specks; controllable moisture content, enabling the production of low-moisture products; more uniform powder particle size and density distribution.

Unstable particle size, density, and moisture content; large batch-to-batch variation; numerous black specks and impurities.
